Terms of Service
Last updated 20 August 2026
The short version
Wocker does the work around your business — drafting, chasing, tracking and reminding. When you ask for something outside what it does today, we take it on and come back within 72 hours.
Everything Wocker produces is a draft until you approve it. You stay responsible for what goes out under your name, and for using it lawfully — particularly when contacting people.
14 days free, then a paid plan. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
1This agreement
These terms are between you and the company that operates Wocker. By creating an account or using Wocker you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.
2What Wocker is
Wocker is a business operating system with an AI workforce. Named workers handle different areas — sales, marketing, people, and the running of your day — drafting work for you to review, tracking what is outstanding, and telling you what needs you.
Most of that work is done by software. Some of it is done by our team — when you ask for something outside what the product does today, it becomes a request our team takes on, and we come back within 72 hours with an answer, a plan, or a direct conversation. That is what makes the 72-hour commitment worth anything.
We will not misrepresent which is which. If you ask whether you are dealing with a person or with software, you get a straight answer.
3Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them current.
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
- You may invite teammates and grant a partner scoped access. What you grant them, they can reach — so grant deliberately.
- You must be 18 or over.
4Trial, billing and cancellation
- New accounts get 14 days free. We do not ask for a card to start.
- At the end of the trial you choose a paid plan. If you do not, the service stops rather than quietly charging you.
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout in your currency.
- Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.
- If a payment fails we will retry and tell you. Persistent failure suspends the account before it is closed.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept, cancel before it takes effect.
5Acceptable use
You must not use Wocker to:
- break any law that applies to you or the people you contact;
- send unsolicited bulk messages in breach of anti-spam or data-protection law, or contact anyone who has asked you to stop;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who a message is from;
- upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe or overload the service;
- reach data belonging to another customer, or to a colleague you were not granted;
- resell or white-label Wocker without our written agreement;
- use it to harass, defraud or discriminate against anyone.
Outreach carries obligations. Where you use Wocker to contact people, you must have a lawful basis, identify yourself honestly, and honour opt-outs. We build the unsubscribe and suppression machinery; using it lawfully is your responsibility, and ours where we supplied the contacts.
6Your data and your customers' data
Your data stays yours. We claim no ownership of your business records, content or contacts. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you — to store, process, and transmit that data, including sending it to our AI provider to produce the drafts you asked for.
Where you load other people’s personal data — customers, staff, candidates — you confirm you have the right to, and you remain the controller of it. The Privacy Policy sets out how we handle it.
You can export your data, and delete it, at any time.
7AI output, and what it is not
- Everything is a draft until you approve it. Wocker does not send to your customers, publish, or commit on your behalf unless you approve it or have explicitly opted into a class of automatic action.
- Check it before it goes out. AI can be wrong, and can be confidently wrong. Anything sent under your name is your responsibility.
- It is not professional advice. Nothing Wocker produces is legal, financial, tax, accounting or medical advice. Take proper advice for decisions that need it.
- Wocker will not move your money. It records, tracks and reminds. It does not initiate transfers or payments.
8Connected services
You may connect third-party accounts — a calendar, a social profile, a payment provider. When you do, you authorise Wocker to act within the permissions you grant, and your use of that service remains subject to that provider’s own terms.
Those providers set their own rules about what software may do on your behalf, and those rules change. If a provider withdraws or restricts access, the related feature may stop working through no fault of either of us. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
For a Google account specifically, our Privacy Policy sets out what we ask for, what we do with it, and how to revoke it.
9Our intellectual property
Wocker — the software, interface, prompts, models of working and brand — remains ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or create a competing product from it.
If you send us feedback we may use it to improve the product, without obligation to you.
10Availability
We work to keep Wocker available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the product develops; where a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will tell you.
The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires and cannot exclude.
11Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or indirect loss; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
You are responsible for what you send using Wocker, and for the consequences of contacting people through it.
12Suspension and termination
- You may close your account at any time, from Settings or by emailing us.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 5, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or where payment persistently fails.
- Where circumstances allow, we warn before suspending and give you a chance to put it right.
- On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and for material changes we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Wocker after that is acceptance. If you do not accept, cancel before the date.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
15Contact
Write to product@wocker.ai. A person reads it, and it is the right place for a question about these terms, a billing problem, or a request for our registered company details.
